The Promotion Description

1. New Hampshire Group, LLC (“NHG”) is conducting a “Win $500 every 20 Minutes Sweepstakes” on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the following 4 NHG locations: Filotimo Casino in Manchester, Filotimo Casino in Dover, Wonder Casino in Keene, and Lebanon Poker Room & Casino in Lebanon (the “Promotion”).
2. Earning period for entries in the Promotion is 8:00AM, September 1, 2023, through 10:00PM, September 30, 2023. Entries activated on the day of the drawings (September 30) will qualify for all the drawings that day.
3. $500 in cash will be given away every 20 minutes on Saturday, September 30, from 12:00PM to 10:00PM at Filotimo Casino in Manchester and Filotimo Casino in Dover and from 04:00PM to 10:00PM at Wonder Casino in Keene, and Lebanon Poker Room & Casino in Lebanon.
4. Entries for these drawings are only valid at the NHG locations in which they are earned.

Who Can Enter

2. The Promotion is open to all Rebels Redemption Rewards Members that are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
3. Immediate family members and members of the household of NHG employees are ineligible to enter and/or to win the Promotion. Employees of NHG, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies with this Promotion are ineligible (this includes their respective directors, officers and key persons). Immediate family is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals.

  

How to Enter & How to Win

 

5. Each Rebels Redemption Rewards Member is entitled to one Promotion entry.
6. Additional entries may be earned for each 10 points earned during the earning period (10 points = one (1) drawing entry) as follows:

 

1. CHERRY Card Members will earn 1X Entries
2. KEY LIME Card Members will earn 2X Entries
3. CABERNET Card Members will earn 3X Entries

Participants will earn these entries based on their Rebels Redemption Rewards Card status at the beginning of each gaming day. If a guest is upgraded a Rebels Redemption Rewards Card level during the Promotion, then they will begin to earn points based on their new Rebels Redemption Rewards Card level.

7. Participants must insert their Rebels Redemption Rewards Card at any Historical Horse Racing (HHR) machine on the day of the drawings and spin one time (place bet) to activate Promotion entries. Activation will begin 2 hours prior to the first drawing time at each property.
8. On the Saturday September 30, 2023, from 12:00PM to 10:00PM, $500 cash will be given away every 20 minutes at Filotimo Casino in Manchester and Filotimo Casino in Dover and from 04:00PM to 10:00PM at Wonder Casino in Keene, and Lebanon Poker Room & Casino in Lebanon as identified in Paragraph 1. Above.
9. Participants must be present to win and present a valid government-issued photo identification to the applicable NHG staff member. No proxies are allowed. Failure to provide required identification will result in forfeiture.
10. Winners’ names will be announced at each Casino’s Player Services location by Marketing/Player Services personnel. Each winner drawn will have 10 minutes to report to the Player Services location after their name has been called to present identification and claim their prize. If the drawn winner does not report to the Player Services within 10 minutes after their name is called, that person forfeits their right to receive a prize. No redraws if the person does not claim the prize.
11. In the event a potential winner is found to be ineligible to win a prize in this Promotion, becomes disqualified for any reason, and/or forfeits, an alternate winner will not be selected.

Odds of Winning

12. Odds of winning Qualifying Drawings depend upon the number of entries received for the Promotion.

Other General Rules that Apply to this Promotion

13. Participants can only win one (1) time per drawing day.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers.
15. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes, and will be issued an IRS 1099 form for all prizes won in this Promotion. $500 cash prize will be awarded to each winner.
16. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility to win a prize, or disqualification from the Promotion.
17. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
18. Each participant shall indemnify and hold harmless NHG, and their respective officers, employees and agents, against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this Promotion. NHG assumes no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.
19. NHG is not responsible for any technical difficulties, technical malfunctions or errors (whether technical or typographical or human) which may occur in the administration of the Promotion and/or the processing of any entries.
20. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the Promotion.
21. NHG marketing officials will resolve any and all disputes.
22. NHG management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify this Promotion at any time.
23. By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby grant NHG permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as NHG, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made there from and by NHG, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to: 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary; 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name; 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art; and 4) any advertising of products or services.
24. Persons who have been excluded from NHG, or who have requested self-exclusion from the property, or who are on an Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In the event an ineligible person should attempt to receive a prize, the winning entry for the prize shall be deemed void.
25. NHG reserves the right to substitute a cash prize for a retail prize. Substitution will be of greater or equal cash value of original prize.
26. Claiming the prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event the winner cannot be contacted, the prize will result in forfeiture.
